By creating an account or using the ABC Basketball Scheduler app, you agree to these terms. This tool exists to help coordinate practice and game schedules, gym time, and communication for Ankeny Basketball Club, a nonprofit youth basketball league.
This app is intended only for coaches, parents, and board members of Ankeny Basketball Club. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, including your real name, a working email address, and (if you provide one) a phone number you actually use, so schedule notices reach the right person.
Coach accounts are reviewed and approved by a league admin before they can release or claim gym time or post a scrimmage request, to keep the schedule accurate. Parent accounts tied to a verified roster are approved automatically; others are reviewed by that team's coach.
Please use the app only for its intended purpose: viewing and coordinating your team's schedule. Don't use it to post anything false, abusive, or unrelated to league scheduling, and don't attempt to access another person's account or team information you're not authorized to see.
By providing a phone number and leaving text notifications on, you agree to receive schedule related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You can turn texting off at any time from your Notification preferences, or by replying STOP to any message. See our Privacy Policy for more on how your information is used.
This app is provided as a volunteer run tool for the league's own use. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but schedules can change, and we can't guarantee the app will always be available or error free. Always confirm important details (like a game time or location) if something looks off.
We may update these terms occasionally as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
